No new meters are currently available on Well # 1 and also on Well # 2 in some locations, due to pump capacity and water pressure, per TCEQ rules and guidelines.

Customers, please remember that when you established service with BCY, you signed an agreement that your meter connection is for the sole use of the member, and is to provide service to only one dwelling.  Extension of pipe(s) to transfer utility service from one property to another, to share, resell, or submeter water to any other persons or property, etc. is prohibited and could result in discontinuance of service.
