BCY water rates will increase beginning with the May bill, per board action on 02/17/26. The minimum bill will increase from $33 to $35 for 0-1000 gallons. The cost per thousand gallons will increase by .25 per current increments. The cost to establish service (meter) will increase by $400. The reconnect fee and service trip fee will rise from $50 to $75. The Annual Meeting will be held on April 21, 2026.
Customers, please remember that when you established service with BCY, you signed an agreement that your meter connection is for the sole use of the member, and is to provide service to only one dwelling. Extension of pipe(s) to transfer utility service from one property to another, to share, resell, or submeter water to any other persons or property, etc. is prohibited and could result in discontinuance of service.
